When I first bought go to of them my aerobics DVD three yeras ago, I had not even used it mroe than once. I couldn't remember what it's called, it must have been misplaced somewhere in the garage of my home and have not seen the daylight in months, however I do remember something about it. It was bihgrt and shiny pink, had some grinning looking guy spandex and a pnik hair on the cover, telling you to get a toned body. I thought that that aerobic DVD would miatovte me to get my rear in shape, but it was not to be.
