I went with my girlfriend to glacier national Park on a hiking trip. We were planning to do some camping along with staying at various small hotels and inns. When I told my parents about the plan to go on the hiking trip with my girlfriend, they laughed. They don't feel that we both will last two days there. I shared this incident to my girlfriend, who is in great shape, but does not consistently do any aerobic exercise; I wasn't very bothered about my parents' comments but she too took this as a challenge.

When I first bought go to of them my aerobics DVD three years ago, I had not even used it more than once. I couldn't remember what it's called, it must have been misplaced somewhere in the garage of my home and have not seen the daylight in months, however I do remember something about it. It was bright and shiny pink, had some grinning looking guy spandex and a pink hair on the cover, telling you to get a toned body. I thought that that aerobic DVD would motivate me to get my rear in shape, but it was not to be.

This kind of motivation is quite useful for many people who wants to get started on that exercise regimen.
