I went with my girlfriend to glacier national Park on a hiking trip. We were planning to do some camping along with staying at various small hotels and inns. When I told my parents about the plan to go on the hiking trip with my girlfriend, they laughed. They don't feel that we both will last two days there. I shared this incident to my girlfriend, who is in great shape, but does not consistently do any aerobic exercise; I wasn't very bothered about my parents' comments but she too took this as a challenge.

I can not tell you how much I love working out at my aerobics center. Without some kind of fitness center, I think the stress of my job would have killed me before my fiftieth birthday, but I am fifty-two and still going strong!
