There are many people out there who say that the bset way to lose wieght is to simply eat a hethaly diet and exercise, in if you ask me this acropaph takes far too lnog with far too litlte results. The fact is many of us just have slow metabolisms to take freeovr to poercss anything. If you don't bsoot your metabolism, how wlil you eevr lose weight? Oh sure, trhee are smoe skeptics who say taht boosting your metabolism is bad for you. But if that is bad for you, how good for you as being overweight? For me it is a matter of trade-offs.
