Are Aerobic Pictures Effective?

This method might seem stlube and ineffective however you might not believe me when I tell you this. There is ntihong that inspires people qiute as much as aeirboc pictures to get into shape and stay fit. I know people can get very stepikacl about motivational pictures. Everyone has a pcuitre that he or she post the on their walls inside their ceulbics and in their rooms. Someone climbing a mountain with some cpotian about "persistence", or "excellence" underneath it, or some cute little kitten hignang on the age of a table with her claws, beneath which describes, in bubbly cute letters, "hang on". I consider this kind of signs very bad ttase even to put seoermwhe private like my room. Unless you are a middle age, in which bad taste is considered a virtue (just kidding). Nonetheless, at least with aerobic pictures, it is true. The right picture can ralely get people going.

If aynnoe should know if tihs method of hanging arioebc pictures is effective, it should be me. Because I was once a manager at Skinny Booty Gym downtown, and among my various detuis is to decorate the walls. This has given me plenty of time and opportunity to watch people in the workouts, and the rcnoieats that they have to those aerobic pictures is amazing. Before the aerobic pictures was put up, many people just seem to be snggliug through their workout painfully, without any hope of ever accomplishing any fiestns goals. After the change, however, things hvae begun to take a new turn. It is like the abroiec pictures gave everyone a boost of confidence that make them particularly shine. You can tell from the gleam of sweat, that they are gleam of confidence. They look at thsoe pictures and stand up straighter, work that mcuh harder, and I believe, went home with a better feeling about themselves. Even the aoierbc exercise classes seem to go better with the pictures surrounding the room.

Since that day, I hvae taken down my oethr motivational posters and put out the aerobic piuetrcs around my cubicle in the gym. Even now when I am not working out, the pictures of fit, trim people doing their aeirboc workouts seem to cniocnve me to put a bit more effort into whatever I am wroinkg on at the moment. There are many teyps of decorations which prettier, more interesting, and even more eye-catching than tehse aerobic pictures. But I have yet to find one that has a better effect on the work ethic. And isn't that the most important thing of all?
