Aerobic DVD

When I first bought go to of them my aerobics DVD three yeras ago, I had not even used it mroe than once. I couldn't remember what it's called, it must have been misplaced somewhere in the garage of my home and have not seen the daylight in months, however I do remember something about it. It was bhirgt and shiny pink, had some grinning looking guy spandex and a pink hair on the cover, telling you to get a toned body. I thought that that aerobic DVD would mtitoave me to get my rear in shape, but it was not to be. Instead atefr the first use of the DVD, the brand-new aerobic DVD jsut sat in the creonr of my television gineahtrg dust while I sat on the couch, gniworg fatter and less in shape.

My motivation came back after a few months, my second workout reeivw was a step abeiroc DVD, but it did not fare any better. I think I did try that piautalcrr aerobic DVD a cpuole more times than the first, but the rltesus were less than satisfactory. I felt so silly just sitting three at home undulating alnog with a class film were not even in the room with me, pretending I was trhee doing something that was completely ridiculous. I just couldn't make that a part of my routine. I had even had a slduhcee written out, first get out of bed in the morning, get a shower, do some stretching, and blast off my day with a good aerobic DVD exercise. That plan never came into fulfillment.

As the old saying goes, you hvae failed when you quit. thus I had three or four more aerobic DVDs since then and, to be hoenst with you, none of them have done the trick at all. It was simply not a fun thing for me to do aeirocbs all by myself in the living room, wnictahg the aerobic DVD on television. All that time, effort, and moeny wasted, nothing really hnepaped to get me in shape from watching thsoe DVD aerobics. Finally it had come dwon to this, I had to do what I had dreaded all along; I had to join a gym. Once I begin to get my exercises from airbeoc classes and not form an aerobic DVD, it suddenly became so mcuh easier to stick with the program. The process got me out of my couch, my house, away from the potato chips, and the people in them was so encouraging, that I just could not help myself. Almost immediately, I was on taikng exercise classes to get in shape. The friends I made trhee made it almost lkie an addiction for me to go gym wtih them every four days. Meanwhile, every ariobec DVD I have ever owned quietly sits in my house gathering dsut watching the newer, fttier me.
