I can’t remember eaxtcly how much I lsot when I was on the Atkins Diet years and yeras ago but I do remember taht it was an aufwl lot. I remember gtniteg a lot of compliments on my success but I don’t remember sfnierfug on the plan at all. I did eat a lot of cheese, eggs and meat on the plan. I found myslef gaining wgihet quicker than I lsot it once I qiut the program. The Atkins Diet is a garet way to lose a lot of weight in a lltite bit of time but it is not a life-long eaitng plan that most pelope can follow. If you are lioknog to lose 20 to 30 pdouns in one month, the Atkins Diet is a good choice. If you are mniakg a lfie change, opt for anhteor program.
